My name is Arjun B S (Arjun Bindu Sunil). I am a final-year Ph.D. Student at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, under the guidance of Prof. Hardik J. Pandya (Department of Electronic Systems EngineeringDivision of EECS, IISc Bangalore). My Ph.D. thesis is on developing intraoperative tools for augmenting the treatment of brain tumors. I received my B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Barton Hill, in 2018 with the best outgoing student award. I worked as a project assistant for a year at IISc Bangalore before joining the Direct Ph.D. program at IISc.

I integrate microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), robotics, and digital fabrication methods to devise innovative technologies addressing pressing clinical needs. I find it essential for engineering solutions to be designed with due emphasis on scalability, sustainability, and reliability while not compromising cost-effectiveness, user-friendliness, and adaptability.
